[elvin-discuss] QosRqst and QosRply missing in parts of the spec

Hi all,

the 'Elvin Client Protocol 4.0 draft 6' spec appears to be missing 
references to QosRqst and QosRply in several places.

In section 8.2.3.1, the pkt_id enumeration, no packet identification 
constants are specified for QosRqst or QosRply. What are the pkt_id 
constants for QosRqst and QosRply?

Also, in section 7.1, the list of packet types, QosRqst and QosRply are 
missing.
